IS Type Ball Transfer
Basic product for IS line to improve the conveyor system functions
Highly rust-resistant IS-S type made completely of stainless steel is also available.
This product is used for refraction, curves, intersection, rotation, and branches of conveyor systems. It is appropriate for heavy cargo transportation, direction change devices, shearing press feeding, and high damping machines for turbines. Its cut is adequately endurable for heavyweight, and point contact mechanism is robust and precise enough.

IS Type Bolt Ball Transfer

IS Type Spring Ball Transfer
Spring absorbs the weight even on a rough surface
More stable IS-BF type (flange model) and embedded IS-BM type are also available.
Ball transfer with spring evenly absorbs the weight even on a rough surface. It is appropriate for die setting for press and injection machines.

S Type Stroke Ball Transfer
Long strokes with accurate direction control
This ball transfer is appropriate if you do not need to move freely 360 º s or you want to control directions to a certain extent. It features long strokes with less friction coefficient. Major applications include slides for moving turntables, feeding devices, strokes for piston movement, and transportation trucks.

F Type Free Action Ball Transfer
Double bearing structure with free movement
This product combines a rotor with an S type stroke ball transfer. It enables free movement in every direction and is used for refraction, curves, intersection, rotation, and branches of conveyor systems.

IA Type Ball Transfer
Significantly hard and lightweight product most suitable for transportation by air cargo, ship, and trains
IA type ball transfers are designed for lighter weight cargo, and IA-R type for heavyweight cargo with high impact-resistance.
It is important for air cargo and any other transportation systems to reduce the product tare and increase the strength as much as possible. IA type ball transfer is highly reliable in responding to such needs.

IB Type Ball Transfer
Versatile and lightweight
Highly rust-resistant IB-S type is made completely of stainless steel.
It's lightweight and easy to install enabling versatile applications. It can be used in various parts of conveyor systems for comparatively lightweight cargoes. In a physical distribution area, it is used for the floors of the vehicles and transportation of air cargoes. Other major applications include packaging benches, and the floors of goods receipt/delivery places.

IJH/IJP Type Ball Transfer
Clean and lightweight body made from special plastic
This product is appropriate for food factories and any other places where strict hygienic standards are required and the use of lubricating oil should be restricted. Nylon balls further reduce the product weight.

IK Type Ball Transfer
Downward-only type that easily moves heavy cargo with quarter-turns
If the hardness of the ball transfer is HRC62, you should examine the hardness of the rail. Initial resistance will differ depending on the hardness.
This user-friendly product can move freely in all directions including quarter-turns (in 90 ?s). It is superior for the transportation of heavy cargo. You can move a 1,000kg cargo with the strength of about 15kg. It is mainly used for trucks to move or change directions of heavy cargo. It is also suitable for earthquake-resistant floors for computer rooms or similar delicate environments.
-- Easy installation
-- If you use four units of IK-51 for a cargo of 1,000 kg against the rail of the hardness of HRC55 or equivalent grade, the initial resistance is about 15kg. If the SS metal is used, the figure will be double or more.
IK Type Bolt Ball Type
Bolt-attached type for easy setting
If hardness of the ball transfer is HRC62, you should examine the hardness of the rail. Initial resistance will differ depending on the hardness.
-- Superior IK type bolt-attached ball transfer with the body made from S45C for improved robustness.
-- If you use four units of IK-38 for the cargo of 700 kg against the rail of the hardness of HRC55 or equivalent grade, the initial resistance is about 10kg. If the SS metal is used, the figure will be double or more.
UF Type Ball Unit Transfer
Most appropriate for moving panels and partitions
Hardness of the ball transfers of this product is HRC62, and you should examine the hardness of the rail. Initial resistance will differ depending on the hardness.
This product is suitable for moving large-size cargo such as art museum panels and hotel banquet room partitions. Quarter-turns are also possible. This product consists of IK type ball transfers with high durability and easy installation.
-- Standard model consists of seven ball transfers, with customized models with five or eight ball transfers, large-sized models are also available.

It consists of double rings. If you fix the equipment with the internal ring, external ring will rotate. When you use it upside down, the internal ring will rotate. This product, made of aluminum with lower price, offers diverse applications including table rotation.
