ISB's turntables are used in various applications in our communities, from multi-layer parking lots, exhibition equipment at events, shop displays, rotating observation resterants of city hotels, to robot benches for factories. Using a combination of genuine ISB products realizes higher endurance and safety with shorter installation time.

Structure and characteristics of ISB turn tables

ISB turntables can respond to diverse needs for equipment of different sizes. Its greatest advantage is accuracy and safety of ISB components. Original structure realizes easy installation in a short time.

-- Integrated production
ISB turntables consist of parts exclusively made by ISB, including ball transfer, bearing, and wheels, and therefore our products are highly evaluated for durability and accuracy. Backed up by these diverse and superb products, ISB established an integrated production system from design through manufacturing so as to respond to various customers' needs in size, design, and functions.

-- ISB SW type special wheels
These wheels are developed mainly for turntables. Materials are diverse from nylon to Delrin suitable for special design. Stable rotation plays an important role for expanding applications.

-- Central shaft
It can endure 10 tons at maximum with the thrust automatic belt training roller bearing and automatic belt training ball bearing combined.

-- Periphery roller and base
ISB SW-type wheel, which can endure heavy loads in a compact size, is used as a roller. Subtly adjustable bolt jack system is applied to the base.

-- Drive
It is in a friction drive system with the general motor and worm speed reducer.

-- Enclosure (steel molding flask)
To keep a fixed space for a turntable as well as work as a steel molding flask.

 

Parking Turn Table

Able to respond to diverse needs for equipment of different sizes

Quick installation, safe and easy operation, and diverse applications havve resulted in installation of 1,532 units nationwide (as of March 1999).

-- Installation
Steel molding flask for the enclosure reduces significant installation time (usually one day). It has a flat pit structure but doesn't require convex concrete foundation work for the driver and roller parts.




-- Drive and control
General motor, worm speed reducer, and originally developed special wheels are installed for the drive section. Optional inverter realizes smooth rotation.

-- Safety
Adequate results and technology enabled us to obtain the approval of the Minister of Construction (No. 935) to prove its safety.

-- Diversity
We have some low-noise equipment for apartment houses with more strict silence standards. We can supply a variety of products including stainless or stone-plated and those for heavy vehicles, in different sizes.

-- Safe and easy operation
It applies the key switch push button system with the ID authorization required. Operation button is hold-free for safety and rotation stops when you let go of the button.

-- Car stop assist ring
It is useful if you cannot secure adequate effective diameter for rotation or you want to confirm whether the vehicle is properly mounted on the turntable.

-- Low noise specifications
MC nylon roller and wide rail combined with the inverter control realizes significantly lower noise.

-- Operation/control panel
Operation button is hold-free and rotation stops when you let go of the button. Contact points are prepared for thermal trip or breaker trip (key switch number can be changed upon request). Upright stand type is also available.

More effective exhibition and dynamic movement can be realized by its rotation movement combined with vertical movement by a hydraulic device.

-- Railed turntable for direction change

We manufactured it for Company F in the United States. It controls three stop positions by computerized external interlock signals. Stop accuracy is ± 0.2mm. (ø2000 x 3.3 tons, motor output 1.5kw)

This turntable with rotary bearings and gear motor effectively presents the image of rotating in the air (Maximum load: 2 tons)

-- Merry-Go-Round
